This Entire Journey is About Choices and Freedom
Just Take the First Step To Financial Freedom
Our service is absolutely free and our consultation simply seeks to determine if you have been a victim of a breach of contract, Predatory Lending or violations of The Consumer Protection Laws by your credit card companies. If you have, you could be eligible for dismissal of all of your credit card debt and possibly damages. You may also qualify to be included in one of several class action lawsuits.
- Do you have student loans?
- Do you currently have any credit card debt?
- Has your interest rate ever risen on any/all of your credit cards without your permission?
- Have you ever been charged more than $10 for late fees?
- Are you able to determine how your monthly payment was calculated?
- How your balance was calculated?
You may be entitled to damages and may not be responsible for the interest and principal balances due on your accounts. You may also be eligible to be included in one of several Class Action Lawsuits against the credit card companies. I am not an attorney however and only your lawyer can advise you specifically about why you may not have to repay any interest or principal and what damages, if any, you may be entitled to.
A credit card is a legal contract between you and a bank. As with all contracts only an attorney should be hired to identify your rights under the contract, defend your rights under the contract and file a lawsuit
against any bank, debt collectors or credit reporting agency that violates your rights. If you were involved in a car accident that was not your fault would you hire a debt settlement company or a credit counselor? Only an attorney can advise you of your rights and negotiate a settlement under the terms of a contract.
This is not about debt settlement, debt consolidation or debt management. In fact, we strongly recommend you DO NOT work with any company that offers those services. Don’t make the mistake of contracting a credit counselor or debt settlement company. Debt consolidation companies work for the banks. The banks give them a piece of software and every dollar that is left over after your other bills goes to the banks and the debt consolidation company gets paid a commission. Your attorney on the other hand works for you. A debt consolidation is like a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. It can take 5 years and you pay back all the principal and interest. A debt consolidation is a “re-payment plan”.
If you have been working with a debt settlement or debt Consolidation Company, our network of attorneys have been successful in recovering fees paid to these unscrupulous companies if they have yielded no results for you.
Thank you for taking the time to educate yourself about your rights!
